The objective of this project was to respond to a news story by creating an experiential narrative for viewers since design has the power to change people’s lives by encouraging or discouraging interactions.
Something I felt deeply passionate about was the numerous cases of school shootings that happen in the U.S every year, so with this immersive space I wanted to create a deep impact in the viewers by symbolically using sound to embody a survivor’s story with different design elements.
